National Bio-Safe, formed in 1984, is a national company with over 37 years’ experience. Bio-Safe is a bio-technology environmental remediation company that specializes in mold bio remediation using a state of the art natural compound (TM-100) formulated to digest mold and other toxic natural substances that infest contaminated buildings.

National Bio-Safe collective expertise and resources, meets today’s challenging environmental and health concerns in a manner which is consistent with regulatory and economic objectives. Ground Soil Contamination

In 1984, Bio-Safe began treatment of ground soil contamination which resulted from underground storage tank leaks at gasoline stations throughout the Northeast.

Originally,these gasoline companies removed contaminated soil and tanks which was extremely expensive and time consuming. Bio-Safe infused soil and tanks which was extremely expensive and time consuming. Bio-Safe infused a special anzyme formula into the ground.Our Product consumed and digested the contamination resulting in an efficient and cost effective solution.

Odor Contamination

After our success at remediating soil contamination, we reformulated to target another problem offensive odors.

In the early 1990’s, we started with pig farms in Iowa and then expanded to working with various car rental agencies to eliminate the smell of smoke from their vehicles.

Bio-Safe has been instrumental in the treatment of discharge stacks at waste treatment plants including the Connecticut Resources Recovery plant in Hartfod, the Municipal Treatment Facility in Bristol, RI and more.

The reformulated Bio-Safe product consumes and digests the actual contaminant, completely eliminating the cause of the odor thereby producing superior results for our highly satisfied clients.

TM-100

Through extensive research, our scientists developed a proprietary enzyme formulation which breaks down and digests mold. It consists of a combination of proteins and enzymes. When combined with our proprietary enzyme activation, a natural biochemical reaction results when they come in contact with the offending toxic mold spores. The enzymes in TM-100 consume and digest the toxic mold, first breaking down the spore cell wall, then entering the cell and consuming the contents.

TM-100 is not a surface-only treatment; the enzymes penetrate deep into walls, ceilings, carpets, furniture and so forth, relentlessly searching for the nutrient source. As long as the nutrient is contiguous to the area upon which TM-100 was applied, they will continue to consume and digest all contamination in their path until nothing is left. The enzymes work quickly to prevent the need for demolition and rebuild.

A volatile organic compound (V.O.C.) test performed by OHHS for OSHA on TM-100 and found it to be safe for humans and pets.

The University of Oregon performed a 6 month study on the product which showed removal of mold off sheet rock and lumber with no growth.

The enzymes used in the formulation are all on the GRAS list. After 6 months of independent laboratory testing, TM-100 became the first product to receive the prestigious Mold Help Seal of Approval.

The State of Florida EPA sampled TM-100 and showed results were validated against standard quality assurance procedures. No chemicals.
